She worked very closely with us, and helped us to quickly zero in on the type of property we wanted (and could afford). She kept on top of new listings, and brought us out to see houses as soon as they came up in order to improve our chances. We were able to find the house we wanted in less than a month. Kat guided us through a three-round bidding war, and we ended up getting the house in a perfect neighborhood for an excellent price.
